Rusty was dumped with a collar, harness and leash still on at a notorious dumping area in Crosby TX. He's a very friendly chow/shepherd mix, probably around a year and a half old. Rusty is a happy-go-lucky boy who aims to please. He is a playful pup but not hyper. He really enjoys laying around and human-watching. Or, better yet, human helping! Rusty is a smart boy with a beautiful coat! He loves getting his photo take and is such a ham! He gets along great with all people and other dogs. He does great in the house and is crate trained. Rusty is ready for a good home are you ready for him?
